CareMango is in development and not yet open to the public. Our full privacy policy and Data Processing Agreement are being drafted for review before launch, so this page is not a legal document and nothing on it should be relied upon as one.
What the platform is built to hold
CareMango is care management software. By design it stores personal and special-category data on behalf of the care agency using it: service-user records, medical details, medication administration, visit logs, incidents, and staff HR records including DBS status. The agency is the data controller; CareMango is the processor.
Where data is stored
Data is held in the European Economic Area. Every table is protected by row-level security scoped to a single organisation, so one agency's records are not reachable from another's session.
